Investor onboarding

Before you begin

This form collects the identity, source-of-funds and eligibility information we need to onboard you. Every document listed below has to be uploaded before the form will let you submit, so it is worth gathering them before you start.

Documents you will need to upload

  • Photographic ID — passport or driving licence
  • Proof of address — dated within the last three months
  • Proof of funds — recent bank statements
  • Source of funds evidence — showing how the funds were generated
  • Investor eligibility evidence USA, EU and UAE only

PDF, Word, Excel or image files, up to 10 MB each. You can attach more than one file to each item. File names cannot contain a # character.

Information to have to hand

If you are investing personally

  • Full legal name and date of birth
  • Residential address and country
  • Tax residency
  • Contact number and email address
  • Details of your source of funds

If you are investing through an entity

  • Registered name, number and country of incorporation
  • Registered office and business address
  • Names of all directors or partners
  • Shareholders as per the register, and the ownership structure up to the ultimate beneficial owners
  • Beneficial owners holding over 25%, or with other means of control
  • Registration certificate and constitution or partnership agreement
  • Business activity and any regulatory authorisations held
  • Name, phone and email for your authorised representative

Investment details

The amount and currency, the country the funds are held in, your bank’s name and address, and a short description of the source of the funds or wealth.

Declaration and signature

You will be asked to certify your investor status for your jurisdiction and to sign on screen by drawing with a mouse or finger, so use a device you can sign on.

  • United Kingdom Certified high net worth individual, or self-certified sophisticated investor
  • United States Accredited investor under Rule 501(a) of Regulation D
  • EU and UAE Professional client, or equivalent
  • Other international We draft a declaration specific to your jurisdiction and email it to you after you submit, so there is nothing to sign here
